Alpha Guest House is a high-quality, family-run guest house located just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Edinburgh.
Our tastefully decorated guest rooms are all set on the ground floor and are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, LCD TVs and tea/coffee-making facilities. In the morning, both a continental and a full Scottish breakfast are available and are included in the rates.
There is a good selection of affordable pubs and restaurants located within close vicinity of Alpha Guest House, and we enjoy a convenient bus service to the city centre, meaning guests can take advantage of the free parking at our property and freely enjoy all the attractions of Edinburgh.

“The b & b was really nice inside. And everyone was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately the location was way farther outside of Ediburgh center than told on the homepage and also there was no Scotthish breakfast as told on the homepage.”
