The hotel rate is reasonable for a location in Jakarta Central. It is only 5 minutes taxi ride to Mangga Dua Pasar Pagi & Mangga Dua Square. Cleanliness of the room is so-so only.

I was surprised with hotel staff who always called unreliable taxi. I mean it's not bleu bird taxi which is the most reliable in the city. I had to face with an uncertain taxi fare, driver told me that his meter was out of service and I had to pay 100,000 rupiahs even I used to pay 50,000 rupiahs for the same direction.

Good enough choice for a slightly cheaper option. Clean, new towels and nice staff (though don't expect brilliant english). location not central but it's hard to find an exact 'centre' in jakarta anyway.

The price of the room wasn't clear and I ended up paying twice what I thought it was. Also, I recieved a message saying that my booking was unsucessfull but I was still charged for the deposit. That didn't work out so well. The hotel was okay for a layover but it smelled of mothballs severely
