This hostel is old and crampy. It looks like old house used for hotel without any investment. The rooms are small and very cold. Staff is not helpful and speaks Spanish only. There was noone at all so we were not feeling secure there. The internet was working only in one place.

The staff were less than friendly in help with any problems...quite abrasive as well. for $10 more a night we could have gotten much better service, which in the hotel industry is everything!

We reserved a private bedroom with bath for 3 days but we stayed for just one. The Staff is very kind and helped us a lot with informations about bogota, but unfortunately the room was very dirty (the curtains, the carpet and the duvet for example) and plenty of dust, which made me suffer an allergy crisis during the night (and I don't have respiratory problems) . Also the room is very small and there is no place to put our belongings and then we got to leave all in the floor.

The staff were friendly - it's very nice to arrive and be greeted by your name and there was a good breakfast served by a very nice lady too. Overall the hostel felt very cold - really not homely at all and at the weekend I couldn't sleep because of music from the bar over the road. Not a problem if you're out partying too but I wasn't.
