Unfortunately compared to many other hostels I've been to, this is a very restricted place. I think I am a very respectful person who cares a lot about others, yet during my 6 days stay I was asked at least 7 times to be quiet or otherwise leave the hostel. You're not allowed to bring anyone else to the hostel, not even in the lobby. In my opinion the place lacks a little atmosphere. On the other hand I must say it's a very clean hostel, very close to the city and they have friendly staff.

This hostel has a great location and the staff is really helpful. However, my main comment is related to the fact that the rooms are on the same floor that the reception and the lounge area... so it's a bit noisy if you want to sleep.

The directions on the hostel's site are NOT great at all. It's a good location, but it's located inside an old apartment building and not clearly marked on the street. Secondly, the rooms themselves don't lock- the doors are just glass that swing in and out. Thirdly, and this might be the worst, the hostel charges a fee for luggage storage after 2 pm- I've travelled a lot and have NEVER seen a hostel charge for this before. It put a bad taste in my mouth. Gross showers, too.

The location is super and the staff is very hospitable and professional . They offer you any latest information . The only pity is there is no water cooker in the kichten ,which is very important for Chinese guest.

Great hostel! Helpful staff! Very clean and quiet at nights so you can rest. Close to most attractions by feet! Loved it! I would prefer it in my next visit to Barcelona!

Great hostel! Only downside is a very small kitchen, other than that cannot do better!

A great little hostel with a great location and cheaper than some other places farther out of the centre. They're not trying too hard to be cool, or pretend that they care about you -- it just genuinely is a cool place, with awesome caring staff and a nice laid-back atmosphere.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. Very nice and helpful staff, great atmosphere, good facilities and really good location for a reasonable price - all this makes it a perfect place to stay in Barcelona :)

We had a very nice time despite our short stay in Barcelona. Location is terrific, just a few minutes walk from the plaza, and the staffs treated us well. I'd definitely stay there again on my next occasion.

Such a fantastic place! It was great having such a helpful staff that gave numerous recommendations on activities, nightlife, food, drink, entertainment, and more. The facilities offered, like free lockers, kitchen, refrigerator, laundry, and internet were such a great help for our stay.

I thought it was kind of weird and uncomfortable that the actual rooms didn't have locks on them. It was nice to have lockers though and that they were free. We just had to make sure we put everything in our lockers before leaving.
