it was an okay hotel for a short stay. Didn't have that much time to experience it. Delivered what it promised.

Although we had a small misunderstanding because we booked double bed and when we arrived we got twin bed roon in first day, we had a great compensation - next 2 days they gave us room with double bed + shower in room (although it was one class higher, because we had booked with seperate shower (outside the room)). Breakfast was excellent. In the end we left hotel very satisfied.

The hotel location is good, 1 minute away from the "S-bahn" station.

The hostel is so close to the train station Charlottenburg not far from the centre.The saff well prepared giving you all details about what to see and do in Berlin.Very Kind and available.

Good location regarding public transport, security was good too. However the lady at reception spoke almost no English, which made it difficult even to check in - I had to write my surname on a piece of paper and give it to her! The room stank of smoke.
