The best hostel I have ever stayed at. It feels more than beeing at home than beeing in a hostel. Very nice staff, very clean, very safe and beautiful facilities.
Stayed in this amazing hostel ... Staff is very helpful and friendly. Help us booked a day tour in last minute, because we only stayed in S.Africa for 3 days. Friendly and homey kinda environment including other visitors, walking distance to long street where restaurants and bars are and shopping of course. close to table mountains. I'll definitely stay here again!
Amazing hostel! Incredible vibe with friendly people and in a great location. Facilities were perfect and everything was always spotless clean. Stephen and the other staff were always willing to go out of there way to help out with anything at any time. Highly recommended!
A home far from home with very welcoming and helpful hosts.
To begin i am a avid traveler and have stayed in hostels all over the world... I was originally supposed to stay at the Big, which is top rated in Cape Town. However a friend who has already been to Cape Town suggested the Amber tree Lodge So i booked my accommodation for a week at the Amber tree, and trust me...it was the best decision made... The hostel is conveniently located and is accessible to bars, shops, restaurants etc.. Steve ( the owner) is a fabulous host & a great guide..
