Great Hotel, staff really nice, the place is very clean. Breakfast is good.

The friendliest staff one can imagine! What can/should be improved: the SHOWER, which is so extremely small that someone over 90 kg wouldn't fit into it. And even when you're smaller the shower is quite a challenge. A 2nd consideration: the hotel's tile floors make it a rather noisy hotel, and this is 100 % interior noise, because there's no exterior noise, to be heard at all, due to the back yard location. But all together it is a nice, and charming place!

this hostal was great, has a good location near the station that has the shutlle bus for airport and is also near metro. they have a good breakfast and the staff is very helpfull. clean ang beautiful.

Good hostel. The noise insulation in the rooms are horrible, otherwise pretty decent.

everything about this hotel is good - just a suggestion - keep heaters on all day if possible and secondly a little variety in breakfast will be good for people with longer stay.

Hostel was located less than 5 minutes from the metro and in a prime location in the city in an indiscreet apartment complex. The hostel itself was small but very cozy and the rooms were of more than adequate size. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, but other than that the rooms are perfect and clean. Overall, the hostel is very clean and the staff are helpful with whatever you need. Recommended for a quick stay.

Milan is expensive so this hotel is not too bad for its price. A place to sleep and go out the next day. Clean nevertheless.

We absolutely had a great time! I will definitely recommend this hostel especially Roberta and Francesco for amazing hospitality however the young blond guy with the glasses on one night was veeeery odd and weird. This hostel deserves better ratings than the one I saw online before booking it.

The bed for two is very small. It is very noisy and cold in the hostel .The toilett is dirty.

The power went out in my room and when i alerted the staff they said sorry but there was nothing they could do. I ended up having to shower in the dark in the morning and pack my bag to leave with only the light of my dying cell phone. (which i really needed to charge overnight for my flight back to the states!) But i realize that this is (or at least should be) an odd occurrence and other than that the room was very nice and I really liked the location really close to the red line metro.

Good location: 15 min from Milano Centrale, 25 min walking from hotel to Doumo, center of city Very nice, kind and helpfull stuff, speaking english. Fair breakfast, towels for shower, soap and WIFI free in rooms Clean rooms, with sink and tiny shower..clean bed and quite big for double! For sure I ll chose it again next time! Ciao

even though we only stay there for 1 night, Ambrosiana give us a good service, the only thing that giving me quite a hard time is there's no elevator, but it only on the 2nd floor for those who travel light i think that would not be a problem

After visiting four different cities in Italy, I must say this hostel was the best by far. The staff was actually interested to help you compare to many other places where from my opinion the italien people are very rude. The location is about 10 minutes walking from the trainstation and is close to the metrosystem so it is very easy to get around in the city. The room was clean and based on the really good price, this is a place I can recommend.

Shower was in the room with doors broken, so no use whatsoever. Staff was friendly and helpfull, and location is very good.

VERY friendly staff! Girl at front desk assisting with showing us sites to see on map. Gentlemen assisting us in morning helped with trains and was pleasant to talk with during breakfast. I wish I had gotten their names, but the staff here was fantastic. Rooms simple inside. Consider adding art, upgrading mattresses.
