The rooms stinks, if you are allergic it's worse place to be. Smell of cigarettes with dirty carpets... just very disgusting atmosphere. Very ghetto place. Reception not very friendly. Worst hotel I ever been in my life.

They said me that the money i paid before(Hostelworld.com) was a fee of de website, and they made me pay all the money. I'll never return to this ewbsite, i don't know who has the problem, but I know this was a fraud.

Appalling hotel non smoking room that stank of smoke, burn holes everywhere, staff extremely unhelpful, reservation was through online site did not get to them so was left out of pocket, just general a rubbish place. we weren't expecting anything great for the price, but was expecting better than what we got.

Not too far from central Philly Descent size rooms U get what u pay for We crammed a few in the room which made the price a little better There is a nice lake and park behind it too

Even though this Hostel is not actually in Phili, it is a lovely place to stay in as the rooms are really nice so it is a good place to relax and then you can just catch the bus from across the road into phili center!

Value for money is ok, you can t expect much therefore. Location is in the outskirts but the trainstation is just 1,5 km away and for 4$ you get to 30th Street Station Philadelphia...

Can't really judge this by hostel standards ("fun" category etc.; "character?" - it's an average US motel). But backpack travelers should keep in mind that this place is located quite a bit into downtown and the fastest way to get there by public transit involves a 1.5-mile walk. Otherwise it was okay; the room was spacious and clean.

Great place to stay if you drive. The staff very really nice and friendly, and went out of the way to help us find material on Philadelphia. Highly recommended!

the location is far from the philly, actually it is out of philly. Staff there are pretty nice and warm to us. We all feel comfortable to stay there. but the sanity is not so good. some bugs there and the sheets seem not so clean and have some bad smell
