This is the second time we stay in Hotel America, We booked a room with no bathroom and it was very clean. Breakfast has changed, but good. reception staff are friendly and helpful .

The receptionist was the nicest! We had trouble finding a laundromat and she offered to do our laundry for us (we eventually found the laundromat so she didn't have to) and she always wanted to make us food or coffee. The wifi was strong, tv in the rooms, little balconies, and a sink and mirror in the rooms. Hot showers as well. :) very accommodating staff and an overall lovely stay!

The walls between the rooms do not provide any kind of sound insulation and sleeping at Hotel America can be really painful when you have noisy neighbors.

We loved the staff! The lady was sooo nice and helped us make our dinner reservation! We had a great time and it was the highlight of our Milan stay.

Standard two-star with a great staff. Security and cleanliness were perfect. A bit expensive but the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable.

Staff is excellent. We arrived very late at around 2 in the morning. The receptionist was available to open the door. And next day we were sleeping till late and had missed our breakfast. But the staff came to our room with breakfast. That was a nice gesture. Hotel is just in front of Tram 27 which goes directly to main center. It's better than metro, because you are not underground in tram, and get to see the city more. The rooms are cleaned daily. For that price in Milan, I recommend.

Great people. Went for Christmas, and got a bottle of champagne as a gift on the 25th. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was simple but good. Would stay again.

The location of the hotel is good in the sense that the bus stop is right outside the door across the road and the tram station is within walking distance. Don't expect that it's a stone's throw from the Duomo and the central station, they are not within walkable distance. The host Angela is one of the sweetest people we've met in Italy, she's always there to help us! She's surely made the stay at this hotel a wonderful experience! The breakfast was very good, continental, but good.

I guess it would be easy to get to/from Linate airport since there is a bus stop nearby, and its pretty much a stright shot. We unfortunately did not do this. FYI, their "free" parking is on the street, and its only free in the evenings I belive. At least the room was clean.

Not real easy to find. Room was decent although small for three. Breakfast was good and staff accommodating.

If you would brighten the rooms with lighter paint, or something to make the rooms feel less small. Brighter lighting would help the place too. The staff was wonderfully sweet and helpful.
