The lady owner treats the guests like garbage. Very obscure business approach. The morning clerk did not wake us. We almost missed our morning bus. When being asked why, he pulled his shoulders in a gesture meaning a complete indifference.

We stayed here after trekking through Torres del Paine and loved it. The staff are extremely friendly and the building is very warm and cosy. Our room was probably the best room we stayed in during our trip through Patagonia and being able to leave some luggage in a locked room while we were in TdP was a big help too. Breakfast was one of the better ones and we wished we had some more time to relax in the coffee shop before departing! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pto Natales
