Staff were very good and helpful, especially the guy at reception. Location is a little bit out of the city, but super easy to get to using the bus or tram. Good value for money for travelers on a budget like ourselves.

The hostel was very good, more like a cheap hotel. No cooking facilities, the rooms were really nice and came with air con and a fan. Staff were really helpful and spoke good english, cheap supermarket just down the road and situated right outside a tram stop that takes you to the train station. Would recommend for cheap accommodation

Only downside of this hotel is its location. Very far from city center and you can count yourself lucky if you see any Italian in this neighborhood. You can take trams to go to city center. Closest metro station is at least 25 minute-walk away. On the other hand, our room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and they cleaned the room while we were out. WiFi and air-conditioner are also free. I would recommend it.

This place is quite far from the city centre. You will have to take the tram that stops just in front of the door. If you arrive late to Rome you either walk or catch a taxi. Chose the first option and took us about 40 minutes to reach the place. It is located in a not so pretty neighbourhood so arriving at night can be shocking. The rooms are OK but like so many places in Italy you actually pay more than you get. The cleaning staff usually start to talk really loud at 6 am in the hallway.

Good hostel, clean and safe, it was in a not really truistic zone, but the tram its pretty close to it. the staff was excellent!

Had a bit of difficulties locating the hotel with Google maps, but found it after asking some local mechanics.

The neighborhood is a little shady but the trams run regularly into the center of Rome. The staff was extremely helpful and accomidating. It is on the 7th floor of the building but there's a little elevator that will take you up once they buzz you in the building. It was clean and great for the cost.

There is no sign saying AMICO hotel, just "hotel". Look for "friendly café" (with a blue sign.) and you are 5 secounds away from AMICO hotel

They can use better signage out front so that locating the hostel is easier.

The hotel is a bit out of the city centre and we ended up got a bit lost but for anyone going to this hotel I would recommend getting the 5 or 14 tram from the termini station which takes you pretty much to the front door of the hotel. The hotel is on the 7th floor bu there is a lift which was good. The staff were fairly helpful but I think it could have been cheaper given the location. The room was nice and clean and towels were changed everyday but there was a strange smell in the bathroom.

Not very central but with incredible transport links to every part of the city you could want. The staff were always very helpful with a great knowledge of the city and there was always at least one person working that spoke very good English

This was definitely an adventure to find, but it was very nice when we arrived. The nights were quiet and the staff members were extremely helpful.

price is the same quality. we liked staff - they were really kindly, our room cleaned every day, changed towels. hotel is situated on the 7 th floor, but there is a lift in this building. the room was small but cozy. the place where this hotel is situated is not very good - poor people, it s not look like the centre) but to get to the Termini was easy - it takes to get about 15 min, the hotel is very near to tram stop. we expected worse conditions paid this prise but the hotel liked us.

the hostel is very nice on the top of the flat`s building. The stuff here is very nice and friendly, they are always prepared to help you. The location is quite good because you have connections with buses and trams to all parts of Rome`s attractions. Recommended!

It was a bit difficult to find where the hotel is as there's no big sign to show AMICO but just HOTEL. We(a British and a Chinese) did not understand the very very little sign says the hotel is on the seventh floor as we did not understand Italian. The good thing about the location is the neighberhood is a lot cheaper than downtown. There's two cafes are very good for breakfast. We always have brunch there and made us local.
