As a familiy room with 4 beds the room was to small an no place at all to put cloth. So we had to live out of our suit cases.

the apartment is a little smaller than the pictures on the site, but very cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect, the center of town in a fairly quiet street. The price seems good value compared to the average prices for amsterdam. The owner is nice, really no reason not to come again!

Great location 5mins walking distance from Dam Square and Red Light district, clean with good facilities, including wifi, clean towels, basic kitchen appliances, television. Friendly and helpful staff . Would defiantly stay here again!

TV, Fridge, Wi-Fi, En suite toilet/shower, closet space, chairs and coffee table. 5 min walk from Dam Square.

This is the only way to experience Amsterdam.

GREAT! This is an apartment in the middle of the city,a block away from the red light district but super secure,the owner is super nice and he´s happy to help and explain whatever you need,the flat is super clean and comfortable. You can smoke inside,he has bongs,papers,pipes,whatever you could need haha! The only thing is if you´re traveling alone,then it´s not for you,you won´t meet people,because it´s a private apartment.I went with my sisters a few weeks ago and it was just perfect!

We had an amazing time here! We stayed for 3 nights, and they were probably the best 3 nights of our whole trip! Everything was perfect and it was in a great location! The laid back atmosphere in the apartment was really great. Stay here!

Double was excellent, more like an apartment. Owner (forget his name) was incredibly friendly and welcoming. No common area so wouldn't recommend for solo travelers looking to socialize. Otherwise, great, clean place, can't beat the location.

Great location and very nice host ! Very friendly American who helped us to discover Amsterdam museums etc and good coffeshops. It saved us many time. Really great guy :) Only minus is that stairs are quite scary if you are high because they are really steep and not very convenient if you are quite overweighted ! But this minus also add to the character of Amsterdam houses, many are like these (like if you visit the Anne Frank House). Price is fair for the location. Besides there is a PS2 !

We had a great time! John (correct?) was a reeally nice guy and he helped us out a lot. We are very glad that we found out about this place. If I'm going back to amsterdam, I wanna stay at Amsterdam Cribs again. That's SO for sure! THANK YOU

The only criticism is the lack of soundproofing in the windows and poor curtains. We were kept awake quite late on our first night due to the bar across the road (smokers chatting outside) and woken up early by inconsiderate builders taking down scaffolding next door from 6:30am. One of the curtains is also about 4-6 inches too short so it lets light in at daybreak. Saying all this, Eric the owner was a legend and the room was brilliant for our needs. We had a great time so all good.
