Bathroom was more so difficult, such as no bathroom soap, toilet paper (most times), and bath mat. With bunk beds they didn't have any tools to use to climb up :( but it was cheap, which it should be!

Breakfast included means in this hostel that you can bake your own pancakes every morining. They do not serve anything else to eat. There was some bread, but no spreads and the bread was as hard as a rock.

Pretty boring hostel. Clean, nice kitchen and really relaxed. No planned actions and attempts to create a sense of community. If you just want to sleep there --> perfect

A nice location...AND, they are remodeling! Comfortable and refreshing. Also, pancake mix for breakfast is wonderful. Where can you stay in SFO for $20/person?

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a lot cleaner than expected, everyone was polite and friendly. We didn't eat breakfast there, there was to.many people in the kitchen at the time we usually got up, but we prefered to eat breakfast around the city anyways. Would recommend it, actually did to a few people we met in the city while we were there.

Most things were quite good there, except that I found it a bit boring. The common room area is very dark. They have excellent breakfast, dough is ready and available to make pancakes in one minute!

I thought this place was a hole, the staff seemed miserable, the room was filthy, and there was this bizarre suicidal vibe about the place, do yourselves a favour and stay at the USA hostel 5 minutes away.

bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs, too much smoking fumes coming into the room, much disappointmens, not only I would never go back, will not even pass through that same street. Horrible Hostel ran by management and owners who only care about increasing 0 to their bank account. This place do not care about backpackers period.

The staff is not that friendly and helpful. (exept one person.) But the location is very good. The rooms are clean and you can use the kitchen.

Awesome hostel in a very good location. Be wary of parking. Although Amsterdam gives you a discount on parking around the corner we were unaware of the absence of parking.
