Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Good location. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would recommend.
Very nice high quality hotel. Mind you it is a hotel and not a hostel so it is less idea for meeting people, but still very nice if that is what you're looking for.
Small guesthouse/hotel located very near the main tourist attractions of Hoi An. Requires a short walk (5-10min) east and then north over a bridge into the market / attraction distrtict. I had a private twin room as a solo traveller and found it very secure and safe. Small window with no view, attached bathroom and shower. Good value for money and a decent location if one is happy to walk short distances.
Nice lovely hostel in a prime location with friendly happy staff really enjoyed my stay and would go back
I have no idea how this place has managed good reviews. The room I was given was dirty, had bugs and I'm pretty sure I heard rats in the wall. The AC was broken, tv was broken and lamp was broken. I didn't feel comfortable here at all as the staff was harassing about buying clothes. Stayed one night and moved to a much nicer place. The pool was nice though.
Great location, room was clean.. Only there were some holes in the linen en towels. Staff was nice, but they kept asking what are plans were. Bit annoying For food you should definitely go to cargo, bit expensive but worth it!
The staff were untrustworthy when it came to the final bill. They made no effort to calculate this correctly. As we were in a rush and they held our passports we did not have time to think about how much the cost should have been. When I had time to think about it we over paid by about 5 usd. Also we booked a double room and I also sent an email to confirm this type of room. When we arrived they put us in a twin room with the promise of changing us into a different room. They didnt change rooms
Our stay at An Hoi Hotel was unpleasant. Our room was right next to a construction site that made noise from 07:00 to 17:00 and caused power failures in the hotel. This ment no hot water, no aircon or no TV from 07:00 to 17:00. The staff were rude and unwilling to listen to our concerns and lost the ability to speak English when we complained. The room had no duvet on arrival and clean towels are not provided. We also had to share our bed with Cockroaches! Our stay was not worth the price.
After getting over the strangeness of some of the staff about which tailor you are going to and why, this is a really lovely place. The staff was very responsive - my room door wouldn't lock and they fixed it, and it happened again and fixed it (again) within 10 minutes. (Maybe you want to replace your locks soon, An Hoi!) The pool is small but very refreshing, and breakfast was included. Everyone is very friendly and I was glad to stay here. Also met some friendly travelers in the lobby!
Staff was friendly. Made the stay really enjoyable and comfortable

Great location. Poor welcoming but with time became better (when got told off but why should I to be treated right?). Staff lie guests depending on the look. The price for a bike for a day was different for me than others. Staff got too excited when got more guests coming-"It is goooooood! Lots of MONEY!" (eyes sparkling).Sad.
The staff was very nice... the pool excellent!... Calm and well situated... But some cockroach in our restrooms... And a big one cross the entrance of the hotel, one day... We're not used to that...
Without doubt, the nicest guys on the planet, friendly, soulful, so funny, nothing is a problem. They made my stay in Hoi An an absolute delight and Hoi An is a beautiful place to begin with. The rooms are spacious, a tiny bit shabby but cleaned everyday. The great benefit is the outdoor pool where you can relax and take a dip when the sun is too hot during the day. I really couldn't recommend this staff or hotel highly enough. It's a little gem as are all the people who work there. Rossaí Éire
I was very impressed with this hotel. It's close to the action, but far enough away (40metres) so that it's not too noisy. The room was immaculate. And very good facilities. The staff were helpful. The places and shops they recommend will all be their family & friends' shops. A handwritten (illegible) bill with prices in USD, but the total in Dong was presented to me at check out. I queried some of the items (which I am entitled to do) and the woman was quite rude about it.
Lovely hotel in a charming part of hoi an. The pool is huge and the rooms are spacious. Make sure to ask exactly what is included/free for breakfast.
Good cheap beer. The room was clean but the bathroom wasn't quite there. The bath wasn't actually attached to the floor or the wall and the shower curtain was in bad need of a change. But all in all the hotel was good. Right on the river and only a 5minute walk to the best part of town! The staff were happy to help with anything that you needed.
