Very good place to stay. The hostel owner is very friendly, the place is homey, within walking distance from the metro and it's fairly clean. Not a bad choice at all, I recommend it indeed

It's a small hostel located just a short walk from hongdae, a bustling area of Seoul. The owner was really sweet and also ordered me a pizza when I was hungover. The hot water in the shower was a bit hit and miss though.

Cleanliness, which was inconsistent was my biggest problem staying here. Also, there was some water leaking through the walls of where my bed was, which worried me health-wise. The owner is super nice.

Enjoyed my stay at the guesthouse during my 1 week trip to Seoul. Jaehun came to pick me up when I had arrived to the Hongik University metro stop and was lost. The walk from the guesthouse to the metro stop is literally only 5 minutes so it's not bad. The place was pretty clean during my stay. The only minor problem was trying to take a hot shower every morning (every time I turned the shower on, the hot water lasted only 10 seconds). All of the other guests that I met were really friendly.

To say that Jaehun, the owner, was hospitable is an understatement to say the least. When it was raining outside, I was picked up personally by Jaehun by car and taken to the guesthouse. When I was in a jam and needed his help in getting a temporary phone, he wasted no time in helping me. He was kind and curious to all of his patrons and even offered them fresh clementines! He has a very kind soul and went out his way to make sure my experience was excellent. I call him friend, and so will you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse - excellent location, good vibe, nice people and a fantastically helpful owner (once you get to know him a little :). The only gripe I had was just the one bathroom with toilette for way too many people.. Otherwise, great!
