From the very beginning our main goal has been to provide the best possible service to our GUESTS, almost to the point of obsession, we have been striving to constantly improve the quality of our services in order to have satisfied GUESTS that would come back again and again. So far, I think we have succeeded, the fact that Hotel �Ana� is regarded by almost all GUESTS as the most friendly and modern hotel in Sibiu.

With an international menu, we are sure to please your taste from hearty Italian cuisine like �Minestrone� & �Tricolour pasta salad� to � la mode German culinary art like �Rocket salad with slices of apples, lime, honey & mustard sauce�
finally to �Big Mama�s� Romanian or better to say Transylvanian touch with �Rolls of Flamb� pork cutlets stuffed with mushrooms, cashkaval and ham�

As for special events like weddings and baptisms, we are one of the most sought after locations in Sibiu! Guests book months in advance to have the pleasure and the luck of starting their lives here at our restaurant!

A credit card is required to secure the reservation. You have up to 3 days prior to arrival to cancel the reservation without charge. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival you will be charged 1 night stay. Same day cancellations, no shows or early check out will result in 1 night charge. Payment: credit card will be charged on arrival day.
