Great location and really nice breakfast. Wifi wouldn't work while we were there, and shared bathroom.

clean and tidy B&B with very friendly staff at a good price. great location, only a short walk to the roman baths. would stay there again.

The place is very cute, a well decorated house with rooms. Is very near the center and a few minutes from the station. It is a very nice place to stay as a couple, a very quiet hostel.

Lovely place with a great location (close to Bath Spa train station and most major attractions). Lovely breakfast too in a beautifully decorated dining room. The host is helpful and polite, and the room is clean and comfortable. Other than the intermittent wifi and the lack of a lift (luckily the host offered to carry our luggage 2 floors up), I must say that this guest house is very pleasant and is highly recommended.
