The hostel didn't exist. The address was a car rental place. After searching for reviews, it was evident we weren't the first to experience this

THIS HOSTEL DOES NOT EXIST, IT IS JUST AN APARTMENT COMPLEX AND NEVER HAS THERE BEEN A HOSTEL THERE RESIDENTS TOLD ME. I AM THE 3RD PERSON TO HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE AND WAS ALERTED BY THE REVIEW WOMAN ON JUNE 3 JUST BEFORE I LEFT FOR ANAHEIM, SO AT LEAST LEFT MY VERY HEAVY LUGGAGE AT UNION STATION AND THEN HAD TO QUICKLY FIND ANOTHER MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE MOTEL BEFORE GETTING TO A CONCERT IN ANAHEIM THAT EVENING.

Please don't book this place. First, the location on the map is wrong. There's am east and west Katella, this location is actually 5 kilometers away from the train station (learned after walking the whole distance with 40 pounds plus of luggage). When I finally arrived, it was closed! I ended up getting a cab to stay at a super eight. THEN, I sent an e-mail to to address provided to cancel, to which I recieved a non-deliverable message. I then called with no response. Worst night ever.

I can't live in Anaheim Hostel. The owner says the Anaheim Hostel is only for Spring and Summer. So, can I get the refund from Hostelworld.com?
