Ananas Phuket Hostels Reviews

This hostel was a great place to rest and relax. Could not fault the rooms, shower or staff. It's location is very secure being in a private complex but is easy enough to find. Close to the bus station when you wish to move on to other places in Thailand. There's not a lot in Phuket town, but the hostel is a great base to spend the day in Patong.

I didn't stay at a hostel, but I stayed at a home. The hostel really gave me the sense of warm.

Great place! Super clean and the owner's are so nice! They were really helpful with directions, information, tours, etc. They went out of their way to make my stay special. They even drove me to the bus station because I hurt my knee and couldn't get around much. I would definitely stay at Ananas again!

One of the best hostel i ever stayed! the couple at the reception is amazing really helpfull and lovely! everithing is clean and perfect! The only thing is really really quiet! cheers

Ananas was one of the best hostels I stayed at! The hostel is very near the bus station, but a little far from the old town. I would defenitly stay here again!!

Great hostel, really really clean and the owners are really lovely and will go out of there way to help you!! Keep up the high standards and keep taking the photos of everyone who stays, this is a really nice touch!

All in all, one of the best hostels I've stayed in. Extremely clean and a more than helpful staff - the hostel is actually run by a nice couple. Only some minutes walking distance to the bus terminal and a good starting point for your trip. Highly recommended!

Best hostel I've stayed at yet. Complimentary computers for use, great security, terrific location (if you don't like being around loud drunk people, loud places or crowds), a very friendly and helpful couple run the place and just like the other reviewers say, very clean. One thing to clarify: at the airport get on the airport bus to Phuket Town. This is the bus goes to the bus station pictured on the map to the hostel. Don't bother with the more expensive taxi or mini bus.

Great hostel, 5 minute walk from bus station and town centre. Common room has very comfortable seats with a large flat screen and a projector for dvds. Staff very friendly and keep the place spotless. Free internet terminals and lots of info on day trips.

I could only stay there one night, but was so nice! The hosts are very helpfull and everything is very clean. I would stay there again when I could go back.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful and the hostel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The airport pickup was a bit expensive and the hostel was a bit far from everything, but it had such a pleasant atmosphere that it was definitely worthwhile.

This hostel was a wonderful place to stay and rest. It was quiet, the hosts were kind. I don't think i have ever been in a cleaner hostel! I slept very well and wasn't listening to drunken party goers.

The couple who owns and runs this hostel is fantastic. They were so accommodating, and offered to help us book ferry tickets, which did not serve to directly benefit them at all but was immensely helpful for us. Phuket Town is a random place, and the hostel is not exactly in the middle of it, but if you need a place to stay in that area, look no further. Everyone staying there was nice and interesting and the environment is warm and comfortable.

Perfect hostel, they are too much lovely with guests and help you all the time. Strongly recomended!

Ananas was an amazing place to stay! I have stayed in many other hostels before and I must say this one was extremely nice! They had lockers underneath your beds for you to put a lot or all of your stuff in. They also had a bathroom in my room and the shower was separate from the toilet, which you don't see often in Asia and with shampoo and conditioner! The owners were extremely nice, but a little hard to understand. The only problem was that it was quiet! In Phuket Town,not Petang!

I was backpacking for 4 months before I stumbled upon this place, and I'm glad I did. It wasa home away from home. The couple who run the hostel are two of the sweetest people I have met. So helpful and their English great. Great common room, so clean, and location is close to bus station but still only a 15 min walk to the shopping area.

We had a great stay at Ananas! We were extremely well taken care of; our first night PiTi kindly offered to drive us to a local restaurant for a delicious meal, and he dropped us off at the bus station to see us off. Clean facilities and very comfortable. Thanks!!
