Great location, easy walking distance to Nelsons dockyard/Falmouth harbour. Poor facilities, although the cafe was nice and good value. I felt the rooms were basic and overpriced. My main problem was the bar next door which played very loud music until about 3am, would not stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the anchorage rooms, they are really well located in English Harbor, Nelson's Dockyard is just across the road and there are lots of restaurants and cafe's in walking distance. Pigeon Beach is a 10 min walk and the water there is crystal clear. We were also able to rent a car nearby and drive out to Jolly Beach/Darkwood Beach which was great and also Shirley Heights, English Harbor is probably the best place to stay on the Island.

This is more like a hotel than a hostel - excellent value for money. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings.
