That was honestly one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The staff was so nice, the atmospehere super chill and relaxed, the kitchem well equiped ans dorms clean and secure. Free breakfast and good location is a bonus :). Would definitely recomend it to everyone traveling to Porto !:)

You get what you pay for? Breakfast pretty poor, and lots of guests don't close the front door properly, so anyone could walk in, and it is a bit uphill from the river, but easily doable. Porto is such a walkable city, location is fine. Means you are closer to cheaper, less touristy places, which is nice.

Staff great, good location near metro and shopping. 20 min walk to the waterfront. Door left open at street but do need a code to get into room. No oven and bowls for cereal are rare. Bathroom rubbish bin not emptied for days, clean handtowels and bathmats though. Good size bathroom.

Amazing place for low budget backpacker. The staff is helpful, room is big and clean, bathroom is inside the room, breakfast and morning coffee are free. I love this place. It's such a pity I just stayed in Porto for 1 day.

I stayed in thia hostel at the middle of the my trip. Untill this hostel, i couldn't see such a friendly place. At the night time, people talk each other in the lobby. The beds are clean and comfortable. You shouldn't afraid of the location because Porto is pretty small city so you can walk everywhere easily. There are no so many options at the breakfast but it is a hostel, so that was okey. (Jam, bread, milk, cornflakes) Typical.

The room was very comfortable and great value for money. The staff at Andarilo are incredibly helpful and friendly. Loved this place. Great location, fun in the bar, and the beautiful kitchen to eat our pastures... Wonderful! I enjoyed my stay :)

good place, nz helper was lovely.

There is one big supermarket at 100 m from the hostel and a small one in front of it, so if you want to cook in the hostel is really comfy. The bathrooms were not clean enough, the kitchen had a weird smell during all the days I stayed there and sometimes the staff seemed to be rude. The breakfast is just ok, but you can make coffee whenever you want. The best thing of this hostel without any doubt is the garden.

The location of this hostel is really good. I would suggest to improve a bit in the kitchen area. Actually I didn't expect breakfast, however it would be nice if there would be a toast.

I spent such a good time !! The team was very welcoming and I was feeling home. Just an advice : go to Andarilho

Great stay at this hostel :)

Great hostel, Chilled outdoor area which most hostels don't have. They have a bar. Stay was great would stay here again. Definitely value for money.

good hostel with good hostel atmosphere. Breakfest is a bit poor but ok.

The rooms are big and clean but the staff weren't helpful at all and the front door is always unlocked so anyone can get in. The kitchen was dirty. Not a good place to meet people unless you just want to drink.

The hostel was filled with wonderful staff and awesome people. There are electronic locks on each room making the security very good. No complaints about this hostel and I would definitely go back if I am ever in Porto again.

If you want to get some sleep, don't go to this hostel. Also I think the hostel had mould. At least the smell was quite horrible and cleanliness poor.

Very great to to be as a solo traveler as everyone there was social and friendly. Beds were comfy and it was a secure place to stay. Very trendy-hip kind of place. Lots of young people and everyone was very helpful

The mattresses we very old and dirty. All you could feel was springs. And the rooms smelt!! Would never stay again

Great hostel, the staff is incredible friendly allways telling you what to do and see. Good location about 10min walk to main things. The dorms and facilites are also good, although it could be a bit more organize but nonetheless I would stay here again anytime. by the way the PS2 in the common room awesome!!!
