There is one big supermarket at 100 m from the hostel and a small one in front of it, so if you want to cook in the hostel is really comfy. The bathrooms were not clean enough, the kitchen had a weird smell during all the days I stayed there and sometimes the staff seemed to be rude. The breakfast is just ok, but you can make coffee whenever you want. The best thing of this hostel without any doubt is the garden.

Great hostel, Chilled outdoor area which most hostels don't have. They have a bar. Stay was great would stay here again. Definitely value for money.

good hostel with good hostel atmosphere. Breakfest is a bit poor but ok.

The rooms are big and clean but the staff weren't helpful at all and the front door is always unlocked so anyone can get in. The kitchen was dirty. Not a good place to meet people unless you just want to drink.

The hostel was filled with wonderful staff and awesome people. There are electronic locks on each room making the security very good. No complaints about this hostel and I would definitely go back if I am ever in Porto again.

If you want to get some sleep, don't go to this hostel. Also I think the hostel had mould. At least the smell was quite horrible and cleanliness poor.

Very great to to be as a solo traveler as everyone there was social and friendly. Beds were comfy and it was a secure place to stay. Very trendy-hip kind of place. Lots of young people and everyone was very helpful

Great hostel, the staff is incredible friendly allways telling you what to do and see. Good location about 10min walk to main things. The dorms and facilites are also good, although it could be a bit more organize but nonetheless I would stay here again anytime. by the way the PS2 in the common room awesome!!!

The staff are amazing here , and awesome relaxed vibe, lots of big party hostels in Porto but this hostel is great for relaxing and they still through good little parties ... Can't say nice enough things about the guys who work here .

Everything was fine until the second night there was a man that should have been kicked out because he was threatening people and making people very uncomfortable. Also no fans or air conditioning sucked!

Great place, fantastic atmosphere, very good location. Andarilho is a big family with a lot of people from all over the world sharing their stories and having fun together in the common area (a lovely garden with a nice bar). If I went back to Porto, I would definately go back to Andarilho!

Average hostel. Common room and patio area are the highlights. Pretty warm in the summer though.

One of the best hostel i have stayed at! Great environment, the staff made it feel like a family! Wine tasting nights are a hit and location of the hostel is right next to the main street, and withing walking distance to majority of tourist attractions. Props to Chris, Robin, Chrissy and Mannuel for making the experience amazing!

The moment I stepped through the door it was like being a part of a big family! This is a very special hostel, with some seriously cool cats running the show. Had an amazing time. The kitchen is well equipped, heaps of space for activities and super chill vibe.

Should be some more signs in the street. Hard to find, however, it is in the centre of the city.

Feel like home , everything was slow and smooth ... Awesome Hostel !!!

The location was really great. Staff was friendly, but they should pay a bit more attention on the quality of the hostel and less on playing music. The breakfast was very simple (toast and jam) and still the butter was finished twice and the jam once. One time there was no more toilet paper and several things were broken (door toilet, electric kettle).
