I only wish it could be quieter at night. If you are in a shared, six person room, you will hear the noise of Santiago all night. If you are planning to party then it will not affect you, but if you plan to go to sleep early you will hear it, and you will hear the dogs barking too.

Very nice hostel close to the main touristic spots in Santiago. Staff is really kind and professionnal. Neat dorms and bathrooms. WiFi was very intermitent; other than that, great hostel!

ok hostel, excellent location, close to st. lucia, bellavista, shopping, bars and restaurants, internet did not work for 2 days, firstly the computers were shut off to make clear the situation, then switched on but internet did not work either, fake.

This place was full of friendly staff and had an awesome location. We loved the tours they suggested and the quality of the rooms and the breakfast!

Except for the bathroom everything at this hostel is just like a Boutique Hotel. Staff is great so are the breakfast and the location.

The hostel is great and the location is excellent. Bedrooms are not big, but they have a good size. Not all the staff are so friendly but they are very nice in general. One thing I was really disappointed at was that the sheets were not changed every time a guest left, they just made the bed...

Good location, walking distance from most attractions in Santiago. Enjoyed the quiet of the apartment but the facilities of the hostel. Enjoyed having daily cleaning and towels provided. Note no hair dryer in the apartment.

A friend told me that this is the best hostel in Santiago, but I don't know what's the fuss about this place. It's well located and clean but it's BORING. Almost all guests were either old and picky or just weird.

All well, loved the place, certainly will recommend. Juan is the most efficient hostel receptionist I've ever met!

Nice place, very well located, and plenty of room. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was really enjoyable. Internet connection is not good (sometimes it was hard to get online), but apart from that the place is excellent.

In order to use the locker you have to use your own padlock or they sell it.....

Great location, youthful vibe with a sprinkling of grey (I'm 58), super clean, fine breakfast. I rolled in off of an all night bus and was allowed to shower before my room was ready later that afternoon. Good security for stored luggage room. Wifi in the lobby means you'll easily meet fellow travelers. This is a hostel, so if you need Hiltonesk silence and black tie service you best look elsewhere. I enjoyed the lobby music, energetic atmosphere, and will stay again when I return to Santiago.
