I liked thelpful front desk folks. The breakfast quality and staff, too. Sugget more information on the TransVIP to the airport next time. My reservation was not in within the time required and I paid a big premium to get to the airport. Overall, very central location, comfortable, and enjoyable. Thanks.

Everything was really good, especially the location in front of the Metro Bellas Artes. The only problem was that I've taken cold shower twice. It's a very good hostel though. You should go there!

Overall a clean and modern hostel. Very nice rooftop patio for hanging out and getting some sun. Centrally located and easy to walk anywhere. On the negative, I felt the beds were a little saggy and the area gets kind of loud at night. Also, the pool table BADLY needs new cues and some chalk!!

The staff were excellent at looking things up on the computer when they didn't know the answer. They were all very friendly.

Good times at Andes Hostel. The terrace was great for meeting people, then great for cooking and drinks after those meetings!

A good hostel close to many of the sites of Santiago. Overall had a good stay. Friendly staff, good breakfasts and friendly guests. The only detraction was from the noise from the street and lobby that went late into the night. However this may not apply to other rooms, as mine was a dorm right in front of the stairs on the second floor.

Stayed in the apartments, and were very impressed. Atmosphere was great, staff were usually very helpful, and the theme nights were fun, even though the participation was sometimes lacking. The staff were generally more than happy to answer any questions we might have had. The hostel and apartments are in a great, safe part of the city, close to most of the tourist attractions. We would have loved to stay for longer, and would definitely stay there again when next in Santiago. Thanks a lot

Loved this hostel. It was great, we had 3 people and ended up staying in an apartment they have! It was completely wonderful at a really low cost. The only negative thing was that when we went to breakfast (an hour before it ended) the breakfast looked great but there was none left... that left us hungry and a little annoyed that they didn't make enough for all their guests during the entire time they offered breakfast. But besides that, there is nothing negative to say! Would do it again!
