Very nice place, clean and new, with everything that you need for short stay. The owner is very friendly, she wait us until 11 pm! Room has a beautif terrace orientated in the beautiful garden beetwen buildings. Location is close to Metropolitan underground. If you are coming by the car in front of the building there is parking area, if you are staying during the weekend is free to park there!! This kind of place I reccoment to all!!!

Emanuelle is a great host, and this is very nice accomodation,a luxury flat with balcony, really impressive!Cleanliness and privacy is great! We really felt comfortable and a great place to rest after a whole days out in Rome, breakfast is nice and really is recomendable this place in total. It's not a party hostel, but travelling in couple or similar, this is great choice!
The owner was amazing, he brought me and my wife into our room and then told us not to unpack because he had upgraded us for free being that it was our honeymoon. The patio is great, and the breakfast was wonderful to have delivered every morning. He asked us what we wold like and brought us breakfast catered to us. He gave us a detailed map and wrote down the best places for everything from seafood to gelato, all of which were amazing. The facilities were great. clean and modern beds were comfy
I enjoyed having breakfast delivered directly to our room, where you could eat on your own private balcony. Unfortunately, it was served at 8:45 am, which was a little to late in the morning. Also, it was nothing special, mostly just packaged pastries. The cappuccino was good though. The room was ok, nothing really special, but it did have a larger shower. The bed was a little too firm too.
The room was extremely clean and the host really took care of us. Although it's slightly far away from most of the highlights, the neighbourhood was ok (some nice restaurants!) and there's a metro that can take you everywhere.
Emanuele is a great host, and does anything within his reach to ensure a positive experience in Rome. Room was great, with a balcony, aircon and a nice bathroom.
Accommodations were good and enjoyed our stay. Emmanuel the owner/manager was wonderful and very accommodating. Location is a bit off the beaten path but was still only about a 10 minute walk to St Giovanni in Laterano a major focal point and where you can catch most city buses. Very quiet and secure location. If you don't mind the walk, this is a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.
Thanks to Emanuele our caring host our stay in Rome was very comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast in our balcony. He was thoughtful enough to provide us with packaged breakfast and coupons for coffee in the bar next door, the day before, as we went out early to Vatican City the next day. Also gave us a city map and tips to nearby restaurants. Our room and bathroom were clean, spacious and bed comfortable. It will be helpful to have room numbers on the doors for easy identification.
