I enjoyed having breakfast delivered directly to our room, where you could eat on your own private balcony. Unfortunately, it was served at 8:45 am, which was a little to late in the morning. Also, it was nothing special, mostly just packaged pastries. The cappuccino was good though. The room was ok, nothing really special, but it did have a larger shower. The bed was a little too firm too.
The room was extremely clean and the host really took care of us. Although it's slightly far away from most of the highlights, the neighbourhood was ok (some nice restaurants!) and there's a metro that can take you everywhere.
Emanuele is a great host, and does anything within his reach to ensure a positive experience in Rome. Room was great, with a balcony, aircon and a nice bathroom.
Accommodations were good and enjoyed our stay. Emmanuel the owner/manager was wonderful and very accommodating. Location is a bit off the beaten path but was still only about a 10 minute walk to St Giovanni in Laterano a major focal point and where you can catch most city buses. Very quiet and secure location. If you don't mind the walk, this is a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.
Thanks to Emanuele our caring host our stay in Rome was very comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast in our balcony. He was thoughtful enough to provide us with packaged breakfast and coupons for coffee in the bar next door, the day before, as we went out early to Vatican City the next day. Also gave us a city map and tips to nearby restaurants. Our room and bathroom were clean, spacious and bed comfortable. It will be helpful to have room numbers on the doors for easy identification.

We loved this place, brand new facilities and Emmanuel was very helpful! Awesome bed and bedding... Much better than the usual supplied at b
Emmanuele was a fantastic host. Really nice and easygoing. He provided us with a map that he'd bought for us, and didn't even collect the 3 euros from us. Breakfast is provided everyday and comes in very generous portions, at 8.45am. We skipped breakfast on 2 days because we had early bookings but Emmanuele gave us generous portions of packed food the day before. Location is not in the touristy area but that means food nearby is cheaper :) Would really recommend this B&B.
We stayed for 2 nights, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice, we had spent good time there. I can recommend it to everybody.
We spent a week at the hostel and were very pleased about our stay. The room was spacious, clean and had a great balcony, were we had our breakfast. The host was very cordial and took really good care of us. Very friendly. Great experience!

Even though some people complain about the size of the rooms, for me and my boyfriend was just perfect. We stayed in 'Colosseum Room', with a nice medium size balcony where we could stay up late drinking wine and enjoying 'dolce fare niente'. I recommend this bed and breakfast for couples, for one or like us 5 days. Breakfast was better than some fancy hotels I stayed before!
As I read in the other reviews I can only confirm that Emanuel is a very helpful, friendly host. But the room was too small. There was a tiny table and only one chair - for two people. It was difficult to store things away. We could only sit on the bed having breakfast there. I heard that the rooms in Rom are very small in general, though. I want to mention the nice shower - new, spacious. The price for the room is fair. The location is a little too far from the center.
