The owner was amazing, he brought me and my wife into our room and then told us not to unpack because he had upgraded us for free being that it was our honeymoon. The patio is great, and the breakfast was wonderful to have delivered every morning. He asked us what we wold like and brought us breakfast catered to us. He gave us a detailed map and wrote down the best places for everything from seafood to gelato, all of which were amazing. The facilities were great. clean and modern beds were comfy

Thank you friends. I am happy that your vacation here was beautiful. Goodbye

I enjoyed having breakfast delivered directly to our room, where you could eat on your own private balcony. Unfortunately, it was served at 8:45 am, which was a little to late in the morning. Also, it was nothing special, mostly just packaged pastries. The cappuccino was good though. The room was ok, nothing really special, but it did have a larger shower. The bed was a little too firm too.

The room was extremely clean and the host really took care of us. Although it's slightly far away from most of the highlights, the neighbourhood was ok (some nice restaurants!) and there's a metro that can take you everywhere.

Simply superb :)

Emanuele is a great host, and does anything within his reach to ensure a positive experience in Rome. Room was great, with a balcony, aircon and a nice bathroom.

Accommodations were good and enjoyed our stay. Emmanuel the owner/manager was wonderful and very accommodating. Location is a bit off the beaten path but was still only about a 10 minute walk to St Giovanni in Laterano a major focal point and where you can catch most city buses. Very quiet and secure location. If you don't mind the walk, this is a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

Thanks to Emanuele our caring host our stay in Rome was very comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast in our balcony. He was thoughtful enough to provide us with packaged breakfast and coupons for coffee in the bar next door, the day before, as we went out early to Vatican City the next day. Also gave us a city map and tips to nearby restaurants. Our room and bathroom were clean, spacious and bed comfortable. It will be helpful to have room numbers on the doors for easy identification.
