great hostel! excellent location, beautiful house. staff nice, very helpful

Rodrigo, Paula and Mauricio were all very helpful and nice. Rodrigo, who is also the owner, gave an entire talk about things to do in the city and also gave me a bunch of tips. I was amazed at how nicely I was treated by the staff. The breakfast was very good too. Thanks so much Angel Hostal

We found this hostel to be quite small and uncomfortable. There only one bathroom with a shower, no dining area (you have to eat in the living room), the kitchen is tiny, the bedrooms aren't very spacious either. There were also a croud of people partying in the hostel during the night, so we had troubles getting enough sleep. It was okay, but not one of our better hostels.

Very small and quiet hostel! Not for those looking to party, although it is located in the best bar area for Valpo! Dirty bathrooms, and tiny cramped kitchen. More than decent rooms and good staff!

The lady who worked there was so nice, she walked around the streets with me and gathered a few of us to go out for drinks in a really cool bar. The single room was good value it had a little tv and it was a small hostel so it wasn't too hard to talk to other people in the common room. The only downside is that there is only one shower so it's probably a better idea to shower in the night because in the morning the bathroom is pretty busy

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the bathrooms needed much more frequent cleaning (or at least needed the bins emptied eeeuw!) Also, there was an extremely tiny common area without much room to sit, which made breakfast an interesting situation. On the other hand, the location, right in the historical district is great (if occasionally noisy, thanks to dance practice up the road).

Realy nice place, good rooms, very good breakfest, perfect location, great staff... But the comonarea is a little bit too small!

A small but cute place to stay. Staff are very nice and helpful and locaion is great. Comunal area is small but we didnt use much as we were in a clean and spacious dbl room.

Amazing hostel, all thanks to Rodrigo, the owner and the other staff members. They really went out of their way to accommodate us. Was our home away from home for 4 days. The cosy common area makes it very easy to make friends. Very social atmosphere. Laid back and friendly! Great beds too. Stay here 😃 thanks angel hostel!

Great location, great staff, good value. Would highly recommend. Only slight niggle is a bit of a line for the shower in the morning - but I think they plan to put in more showers and extend the communal areas in near future to address this.

Such a great hostel. Really laid back, nice breakfast, homely laid back feel. Staff are incredibly helpful and relaxed. A great place to meet other travellers. Hostel is in a great location, lots of bars and restaurants aroPlus Valparaiso is beautiful!
