I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN, staff is awful (exeption one receptionist young lady, who was very polite and helpful) the rest, even the owner was so rude with me, even in one moment i felt they didnt want me to stay in their guest house!! i couldnt stay and just changed the hotel, theres around 15 more in the same street WHICH ARE GREAT AND MORE VALUABLE!!

Not bad, but could have been better. I wouldn't have guessed it had been recently renovated as claimed as things were quite worn, especially in the bathroom. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. The pool area was clean, though lacking in atmosphere. Free airport pick-up and water bottles were very nice, as well as the staff tuk-tuk driver for when you want to go to Angkor or back to the airport. Did not seem Cambodian owned - too bad when the country depends on tourism.

The place wasnt great. Not necessarily clean, the room smelt moldy. The pool is not very appealing either, a ton of bugs were floating around. They were also supposed to pick us up at the bus station but never came. However, the staff tried to make it up to us and were very nice. But I wouldnt recommend a cheap room, go with an upgrade maybe to get a little better.

The larger lock-box in our room also didn't lock, and the atmosphere was dead. Upon arrival we were told we could not have the type of room we booked (we requested a twin private and there was only a double private) - despite the hotel having been in direct contact with us about said room, as they emailed to say it was fine. Our room was also dank and dark, and smelt of damp. The shower was cold. We were also told free breakfast was included, which we were informed upon arrival that it wasn't.

The hotel and room was great, very helpful and kind staff. The room was good, all the facilities worked. The bed was hard and not the best to sleep on but this seems pretty standard in Asia. Good breakfast included and the pool was great and clean.
