They don't automatically change towels and don't clean the room even though I leave the key with them. But they are wonderful and helpful people when you need something. They need to make sure the towels are changed daily and room cleaned whilst you go sightseeing.

The guys at Anjali Inn are really helpful and corteous. They didn't try to rip us off nor did they pawn us off to expensive taxis or vendors. If you want a place close to the domestic and internatiinal airports Anjali is for you. Great service and the place is really reasonable for a backpackers or simple travelllers. It's not fancy, but it's more than enough for people who are not fussy. And it's got clean toilets which is like precious gold when you're travelling in india! Thanks Hostelworld!

Hostel is fairly difficult to find, so good idea to accept the free airport pick up. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Raj (the owner) who gave us some great tips and advice. Would definitely stay again next time in Mumbai.

Really nice place to start and end your trip. Hostel is a good place to relax and meet other travelers. The location is not that good, but by train it's easy to get into town. Nice restaurants just around the corner.

This is not a hostel but just a simple hotel. The rooms are small and relatively clean. The hostel is close to a fair amount of restaurants and close to the airport but thats about it. Staff is helpful when needed.

If you are planning to stay close to the airport for a short time and that you are on a budget it is perfect. Otherwise, way too far from center (or west side: 1h). I liked : nice staff, good food (you eat on your bed), pretty clean and safe (though my locker did not work) I didn't like : too much noise all night, lots of mosquitoes, no windows (very small room so for claustrophobic to be avoid), shower had hot water for 10 sec only and then it was mostly cold/warm but acceptable.

Cheap, clean, difficult to find (little cross street opposite to Sakinaka McDonald) , nice staff, distant location but near airport, free airport taxi, a reading light would have been nice

This is the best place to kick off your journey in India. Though they are little bit away from the main site of the city and transportation like train, they have great staff and fellow backpackers always. I stayed in dorm for 4 nights and that's very good. Strongly recommended. I'll come back again!

Dirty hostel with cold water, staff sold us a sleeper female bus ticket and it wasn't even semi sleeper. It's cheap and close to the airport so that's handy but that's about all it's good for. oh and someone came into our room and moved some stuff in the middle of the night.

Even though it is a little out of the city center and a little bit excpencive, it is worth the money! Raj, the owner, is the most awsome man ever and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Raj is so open and helpful and døpes everything to make your stay in Mumbai memorable! The place is so Nice and made for getting together with other travelers in the common area/living room. If you are going to Mumbai- stay here!!

My partner and I really appreciated the kind and helpful staff. We also loved the food and our room was like a home away from home.

Brilliant helpful staff, genuine experience, top quality food and travel recommendations. It was superb to be met at the airport by Bunti we were made to feel safe and welcome at 1am on Saturday morning. VJ went out of his way to help us and the guys at reception were always positive and willing to help. I would definitely go back if I returned to Mumbai. My only concern was that we did not meet any other travellers. I believe that the dormitory has more atmosphere but we never checked this out

A great place for anybody who needs a place to stay if they are in transit in Mumbai as extremely close to internarioml airport. The staff were very helpful and organised two pick ups from and to the airport for us. The rooms are simple but clean and you feel safe.

This was my first stop in India and best in regards to friendliness, helpfulness and overall experience. Despite only staying one night I was picked up at no charge from the airport and taken straight to the hostel. I was made to feel very welcome and within half an hour the owner had booked me a bus to Goa the next day, changed money for me at a good rate and arranged a trip to the slums with other guests at the hotel who became immediate friends. Great place to stay, recommend 100%

Loved it! Great place to meet other travelers, felt like a second home. Hard to find by rickshaw so would call the staff and get them to tell your driver directions but other than that it was truly fantastic after 2 months of traveling India
