A bit pricey but on the hole a good experience. Perfect for your first night in India/Mumbai as they pick you up from the airport for free. Raj is really helpful and friendly. :-)

This Hostel is great, Raj is so friendly and helpful, tells you everything you need to know. its very relaxed and always clean. its only let down is its location, although not too far from the train station not much to see within walking distance. Free transfers to and from the airport were amazing, i would definitely stay there again.

the dorms of anjali inn are a very nice and they are low cost in comparison to the rest of the guest houses in mumbai. it is a good way to meet other travellers and to start sightseeing tours in a group. the staff is helpful and raj, the owner, gives you the best advice how to "survive" in mumbai and to get wherever you want to. mumbai defenitely was the highlight of my trip to india and i am going to come again!

free airport pickup is very necessary to me as the city has no metro system, staffs are very kind too,and are willing to give any information you enqire, the place is clean enough compare to this overwhelmingly sordid city, but it's the real mumbai, you should enjoy it as a traveller. location of this gesthouse is not convenient if you would like to visit downtown area,if you do,keep in mind ,avoid rush hour if taking the inner city train

Very good place, affordable in Mumbai's price range. Raj, the tenant, is the man ! he knows all about the city and will always be helpful and ready to give advice, organize small tours etc. for the guests.

I stayed at the anjali guest house which, confusing, isn't the same as Anjali Inn. Apparently there's a few different locations for this hostel/hotel and it was a bit concerning after arriving on a late flight (3am) and after all the stories you hear of dodgy hawkers at the airport. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Anjali. Raj and Salman were great hosts. Very welcoming and friendly. The hostel itself is small and far from the mumbai sites. Stay here for airport convenience.

A friendly and pleasant stay. We were in the private en-suite building, which is in a different building to the bunks and deluxe rooms. The hostel is a bit of a mission from the centre of town, but it is in a really interesting area of the city. The room was small, but comfortabble and secure. The aiport pick up was also a real bonus!

We have stayed in Anjali Inn at three different times. Staff is extremely helpful in all aspects! Free pick from airport is quite convenient. Place is not 100 percent clean but compared to other places in india, it is like home. Laundry is costly (150Rs.). It is a little bit away from Andheri and the main city centre, however, bus and suburban trains are very cheap and well arranged to reach any destination from Anjali inn. Definitely suggested. You will not be sorry.
