Great hostel! Pretty minimal rooms, but great price for a single room with ensuite bathroom and balcony. There is a kitchen, and the common area always has people socialising. There is even a chicken in the backyard. It's a bit out of the way, but Annecy is a very small place, so it is easily within walking distance of the main market area and lake. They didn't take my 10% deposit into account at first but were happy to correct it when I realized. Overall the atmosphere and facilities are great.

Apparently brand new hostel seeing how fresh and modern the furniture is. The backyard garden is fully furnished, allowing to enjoy it for eating out, partying, enjoying the sun, etc The staff is very nice and helpful. Only 10 minutes walk from train station, city centre, lake . 2 minutes away from a supermarket in a quiet neighborhood.

Close to the city centre. Staff were friendly. I had a private ensuite double room which was excellently priced for the size of it.

The atmosphere and character can be described in one way, scattered. However the beds were comfy and bedrooms clean. Probably will splurge for a hotel the next time I am in Annecy though.

Really friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hostel to my friends. Also they have a fully loaded kitchen at your disposal which deaf beats eating take-out every night of your trip.

Très gentil à l'accueil! Very good at customer service! Nice cozy hostel. I went when it wasn't peak season, so the room was all to myself. Pros: seche cheveux (hair-dryer) kitchen, backyard, warm shower, warm room, nice receptionist. Cons: No petit dej (breakfast: not sure if there is, so buy your chocolatines)

Loved the location and helpful staff! The kitchen is very well kept and rooms were nice and clean. Loved the homey feel of the backyard with the chickens. We will be back one day hopefully!

Very nice, lovely atmosphere in a simple place. The fully equipped kitchen also allows for a convivial ambience. I'd absolutely recommend it to young people.
