It's a shame you were fully booked on Tuesday otherwise I would have probably stayed longer. Would recommend to all.

Friendly, helpful staff. Everything in the hostel is easy to navigate and it is worth the cheap price.

not the cleanest of hostels, and the kitchen is tiny with hardly any crockery, staff are really friendly and has a good atmosphere

Kitchen is reallz small and there are not enough dishers for everyone. In my 6 bed dorm was just one plug!! Staff is very friendly!! Nice breakfast.

All very well having free breakfast which was appreciated, but another hostel I stayed at had tea, coffee etc available all day for 50c so would have been appreciated if that was available as well. Most guests were either long term or just there to go to Uluru which may have meant that no events were put on for guests, trips to town etc which would have improved the experience. Staff were polite, but did not go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and improve the quality of the time there.

Great, funky place! We stayed there the night before and after our tour. Free pickup at airport was great and just $12 to drop off. Free wiifi was fast. Breakfast was typical toast & spreads but good. Friendly staff. Free baggage storage (also separate room for valuables). Didn't check out the pool but it looked nice. Would recommend!

In a year of traveling I have not stayed at a hostel that was more welcoming and friendly than Annie's. The WIFI and pool were worth using which is better than most hostels with these facilities. The staff were fantastic and the bar was very well stocked with international beers. Their 3 day tour was exemplary and my whole stay felt like I was just hanging out at a huge family home. Annie's is clean, good value and well run. I highly reccomended a stay here.

Annie's Place is a nice place to stay if you're going on a tour to Uluru. All the tour companies know where Annie's Place is so they arrange a pick-up for you. Also, you can store your luggage there during your tour. There is an airport transfer too (at the expense of 12 dollars). They also run a tour for their own to Uluru so you can check that out. It seems to be convenient to make friends since you'll stay with them before and after the tour.

I stayed here for two nights following the end of a 7 day tour from Adelaide. Alice Springs is quite dangerous to walk at night, a walk back past 8pm probably is not advisable. You don't need venture far at night though since Annie's is the venue where most people go out. I found the rooms clean and and nice. The hostel was busy, bright and easy to meet people. The staff were generally good, however, most were backpackers. Free breakfast ; BONUS.

It was a decent hostel for a stop over before ayers rock, however the tv room shuts at 8pm so if youre not up for going to the bar; the kitchen/dinning area or bed are your only options. This also makes it hard to meet people. The staff were lovely and helpful and its central too, overall a good hostel for what it is.

Could be quite a nice hostel if it was better taken care of. But with the dirtiest kitchen we've seen on our trip (even Peru was cleaner) you can be sure to get Herpes just by looking at it. And don't let yourself be fooled by the pictures of the pool. In reality it looks a little different ... To say something positive: The rooms were decent and the A/C was working really good. There was always enough breakfast and WIFI was free. And the staff was nice and helpful.
