The staff was very nice and the position was excellent for what we had to do. But if our stay was longer we would have been very uncomfortable. The rooms were filthy! our room was on the 5th floor and the bunk beds were so short we couldn't sit on the bed, and the floor was disgusting. The toilet was ok, the

good hostel for sure. the shower was ice cold in the morning though. the location was the best. so nice to be close to the train and still walking distance. the staff was really helpful as well!

Problem 1: \"lockers\" are not really lockers, but these cages that you have to bring a lock for, which fits (mine didn\'t). Would\'ve been nice to know that this was the case before I went. 2: Too much noise close to rooms in lower level. The window to the social area is right next to these rooms. Not only do you have to deal w/ \'roomates\' coming in and out, etc..while trying to sleep, but now there\'s also partying right in your ear (and the trains) 3: Internet sucks. 5 computers and none work!

Amazing location for the price, . My friend had a dirty sheet, but aside from that absolutely no complaints!

Being part of a hotel it was very clean and quiet. The kitchen and garden were apparently shared with the hotel baccarat (the owners are cousins). Hotel baccarat (more hostel really) had champagne parties on a regular basis, Dan was great. The kitchen was lacking cups, but that was about it.

This hostel was AMAZING! I have stayed in over 50 hostels over the past 10 years and this was one of the best. The owner (I am assuming) is the greatest. He put me in a single when I only paid for a dorm. The room was spotless and the location is perfect (it is always better to stay near the transport station so you don't have to walk far with your luggage or pay extra for a cab). They also let me check in way early and gave me free breakfast when I arrived. So great; stay here!

I got upgraded from a dorm to a private room upon my arrival! Staff was really friendly. Location is OK if you need to be close to the station, but you wouldn\'t want to spend your entire holidays here (area looked a bit seedy at night).

Overall a good hostel/hotel. Very close to the train station so its easy to get to. About a 15 minute walk to the beach. Dorm was small but clean. Only complaint was the drain in our shower didn't work properly and could overflow into the room very easy. (room 550)

Right next to nice gare and it looks like hotel from the outside. It was really cool because we had booked 2 in a 6 person and when got there it was only a 4 person room and there were people in there so they moved us to a completely empty room, so it had 8 beds but it was just 2 of us, so it was really nice. towel and sheets included and we ended up getting breakfast free which was nice and unexpected! The staff was very nice and the internet worked!

This place was great! When we showed up we thought it couldn't be our hostel because it was too nice! Its actually a hotel with a couple of dorm rooms. Perfect location right by the station and main street. Fridges just outside the rooms is really good, there was a kitchen too but we didn't use it, didn't try the breakfast either. Free wifi on every floor and free computers in the basement also awesome. Also free towels. Such great value! Only complaint is no blind on the skylight/window thing.

Really pleasant and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms and the best prices in Nice... If not the south of France. Perfect location, a stone throw away from the main station meaning you can reach Antibes, Cannes, Saint Tropez, Monaco etc with ease. Free Internet use on computers is also a massive bonus and wifi in rooms and hallways. Would recommend to anyone

Excellent location, super close to the train station and an easy walk to the beach. Just turn left outside the train station. No soap in the bathrooms, but the shower was good and actually hot. There is a kitchen to cook in, which is good because breakfast is not included for hostel guests (though it is for others). Supposed to have internet, but it basically never worked and nothing was ever done to get it fixed. Beds were comfortable and not squeaky.

The hostel was very DIRTY!! There were cockroaches and ants in the kitchen, pigeons in the kitchen, mosquitoes in the room, our bathroom was gross.

I really don\'t know why there aren\'t more people around. I think it was a nice, clean hostel!

We arrived very late and the receptionist was not very nice. He gave us a room of four, but two beds were not cleaned (we where a group of 3) but he changed us right away. The other staff we more charming. Nice facilities, great location 2 o 3 min from Nice Ville Train Station. Has an elevator, airconditioning. And most importantly al rooms very well cleaned. The kitchen was good, something were a bit dirty but nothing that a fast wash could help. In overall, it is very good and not expensive.

great position, nice staff and clean rooms

I booked domitory room but they gave me a single room which is very nice. I extended my accommodation so I stayed there for 3 days because I really like that room !! it's very clean because they clean it regularly and carefully. The price is really good. Most of all, location is perfect!!!! just in front of the station 3mins. it's very nice and near the hotel, there is big road which has many shops and shopping centre. it's really nice I love it!!!!!
