The staff were extremely helpful and allowed me to check in even though i arrived early in the day. It is opposite the main market, i did not have a problem but someone who lives locally says the area is unsafe at night but there were always staff at the front desk

After seeing the name 'Mystic' in a hotel name we had to book a night here! Overall very good with very good staff.

My wife, grown up daughter and myself had 3 consecutive bookings. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, all pleasant and friendly ladies, and particularly helpful while my wife was on her own for the middle 3 day booking. Room comfortable, spacious and airy, american breakfast freshly made and good quality. Location was 5 mins walk from Cusco centre, very convenient. We quickly got used to the traffic noise from the adjacent road junction and busy market opposite. Would recommend to all
