Anthony is surely the type of guy who always tries to help out and solve problems. Upon arrival we were informed about an overbooking taking place, which obviously was quite an unpleasant surprise. However, Anthony had it all figured out already, making sure our stay at a comparable friend's nearby was secured. And beyond, we even got recompensated with a tiny breakfast due to description's messing up, when it comes to translations into different languages.
