Room is clean and good value. Near a COOP supermarket if you're on a budget. Hotel is easy to navigate to. Hotel location is pretty far from the city center-- a little support from staff on convenient parking near the city would be helpful, especially because local drivers are very aggressive and it is hard to navigate when you're not local. Also, not a hotel to stay at if you don't have a car with you, as the walk to the city center is very long.
