Definitaly a great place! Situated in the Dorsoduro neighbourhood of Venise, the most authentic and beautiful in my opinion, at Santa Margarita square, nice place to have a drink in the evening, resting after a long day of visits... The Hostel itself is quite small, the staff very friendly and fun, you ll feel like at home there!! The bedroom and bathroom are clean. My friend and i enjoyed a lot our staying there! We would come back there if we come again in Venezia.

There is no place for socializing, nor there is a kitchen, so if you would like to meet fellow travelers, this is not the best place. But I guess given Venice's general lack of space, this is probably as good as it gets :) The stay was quite nice anyway. The people at the reception were helpful whenever I saw them (I found the place closed most of the time)

Not easy to communicate with owner, not due to any lack of language skills. I made two phone calls to change the booking from four to three persons long before our stay. The tone was sarcastic and unfriendly. I was asked to confirm by e-mail, which l did twice, but getting no confirmation l also wrote a letter. I got eventually an answer two days before our stay. Pity - but it did not spoil our stay.

The hosts were very smiley and helpfull for any question. The location is pretty nice, the place "Marguerita" offers many nice coffees and restaurants, the room was clean. Rooms are really cheaps for the location so for all those qualities, the rapport quality/prices is very good! I was with my sister and my father who is not use to sleep in hostel and he was pretty happy of his stay there.

the hotel is near the train station and the Rome Square, where the the shuttle stops. The staff is nice and humorous, who can speak good English, French and Spanish. The suit is clean and have free wifi. There is a little square avant the hotel where you can buy the fresh fruits.I'm totally satisfied with this place. The problem is that the reception closes at 23:00 and

The staff was super friendly and it's in a good location. Very close to the main touristic attractions and transports from and to the airports. The room was small but we were comfortable. The bed was made up everyday and the toilet/wash room clean however, the room was very dusty and the floor really needed mopped. I think it was a little expensive for what we got but then Venice is very expensive so this place is affordable.

We had a warm welcome from the proprietor, and the hostel was bang in the middle of a really interesting, bustling square. Very interesting area, easy walking distance to all parts of Venice,

Per Elise... :-) totalemente bene! Great place to stay. Very friendly staff, easy going with GOSH. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm with en-suite. And Dorsoduro is a great part of Venice.

The hostel didn't have any facility like a kitchen or a common area for the guests, what makes the price charged expensive. The rooms sometimes had a bad smell and there was no kind of activity to integrate the guests. Besides that, there were no lockers inside the rooms. Location and wifi connection were good!

The hotel is conveniently located 7 minutes from the bus and train station, 10-12 minutes to San Marco. We were surprised at the lack of duvet covers, towels (only for an additional fee) and soap in the shower.

Almost thing in this hostel is good at this price! But the problem for me is the bed I used the second floor bed for 2days in there. When I come up and down from the bed,, there is no ladder, so it's quite uncomfortable..

Well, I know, that hostel is not a start-hotel. WI-FI is a thing, not everyone nedes (like me). But everybody needs working light and heater. It was easy to find a hostel (I expected some difficulties for finding some place in Venice, so for this city it was really easy), but it was rather difficult to find someone, who can check me in. And would be nice to have some lockers, although I dont have some valuables with me ususally. Also finding hair on my pillow was not a nice expirience.

It was a cheap hotel, this is also what you get, a good bed with private bathroom. I liked that the directions given were very clear (if you're walking there) and that the rooms were for just 3 or 4 persons, so not that busy hotel and you could sleep well.

Definitely more of a hotel than a hostel. Room was small and there were nbo facilities. However, it was a good location and a great price for Venice, so if you just need somewhere to spend the night, I'd definitely recomend.

Good price and nice location that was easy to find for an address in Venice. Just be aware that the plaza where the hostel is located is a gathering place at night on the weekends and could be some noise.
