Very clean, feels secured, friendly staff but u need to be provide some sort of breabreakfast in the morning...and the shower need a temperature control.
Good place except for the shower that is really bad, so small and the water doesn't fall continuously enough.
Excellent small hostel with very good facilities. A bit away from London city, but very good transportation to center.
Stayed here the night before the London Marathon. Lovely helpful staff and it was a pleasant stay, but the showers were rubbish. Also did not appreciate being woken up at 2am by noisy neighbors the night before the marathon.
Not even close to London City centre but it's very near the rail so we had no problems finding it. Very clean place. Not many people in the hostel when we arrived, even though we stayed over the weekend. A few eateries nearby including a halal kebab store. Would recommend if you're finding a place outside the city centre.
Good staff and clean rooms, but a bit out of the way of London- had to take a bus and the Tube.
Enjoyed my stay. Nice clean place. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Lacked atmosphere abit but for that price cant complain too much.

This hostel was a terrible experience. Not only was the location terrible, but the facilities themselves were also awful. It was difficult to get to by public transport,(basically had to taxi!) and had nothing worthwhile around it. The bathrooms were terrible-- bad water pressure and hardly warm along with no privacy. Paired with the feeling of uncleanliness we were happy to leave London. One bright spot was a staff member who helped us order a cab.
Location is good if you're going to an event at O2, otherwise there isn't anything around. Very close to train station, so easy to take day trips. Feels kind of outdated, and there's no place to lock up your bag in the rooms, but the bathrooms are decent and clean. Not for younger crowd looking to have fun (and by younger I mean under 35..) overall, it was okay.
Room 14. It did what was wanted- a bed in a room which was secure. (It was also en-suite - no problems with that). I suppose £45 for London (even that far out) is actually good value for money!). There was no breakfast, but a useful kitchen on the second floor. It was quiet as far as being part of a pub was concerned being in an annex at the back but noisy as it backed on to a busy road and the door was rather basic. A curtain to draw over the door at night would be good. But everything worked.
