Quite far away from the city center, but it's close (about 20mins by walking, but there's a bus stop right around the corner) to the O2 arena so it was perfect for us. The room was very cold in December, but otherwise it was all good. We also got an adapter for the hair dryer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don't mind using train and underground to get around/you're going to O2, this is a great choice. Our room was in the inner court, so the street/pub noise didn't bother us.

It is the perfect place if u want to go to the O2 Arena. Great location and the rooms are good.

Showers were awful ten second button pushes with no hook to hang your clothes on and a see-through door. The staff were unwelcoming. Wouldn't stay again but managed ok, only as a cheap hostel.

it is really near the o2 arena stadium (10 minutes walking), there are buses all day that go from the hostel to the o2 and viceversa (just in case you dont want to walk). the hostel is good, it has a kitchen, everything is clean and the common bathroom is great: it has a bath and a shower, a wc, a sink and a mirror completely private. there is also another common bathroom shared.

We were two Young Girls from switzerland (Room 11)! The room and the beds were nice and clean. The toilet and the shower were ok, some signs of the Age, but really clean! For the Money we spent it was great! And the Staff was very, very friendly!!! But unfortunatly they doesn't serve some breakfast! But it has a Gas station near, where you can eat something or buy some sandwiches... And the DLR Station are right next to the hotel, perfect!

Friendly staff and a clean room, allthough a bit moist and very "british". I really liked the pub which had the charachter of a local pub with local guests, rather than just hostel guest. A big letdown was that the wi-fi did not work in the ensuite room. Situated really close to the rail station.

Great location but far too expensive for what they were offering. Rooms and bathrooms seemed reasonably clean but the bedding looked old and the decor could have been put together from a car boot sale. If this was half the price it would be a solid place to stay for budget accomodation, at current prices I probably would hesitate to recommend.
