The hostel was dirty, there was no sink in one of the toliets, which means people could not wash their hands after going to the toliet, the mens shower was only on for 10 secs and then turns off and the other shower was only on for 30 secs, the bedding was dirty and my bed had no pillow, I only found out in the morning it was taken by one of the other beds

Location is quite far outside of central London, and not in the most scenic location, but it was absolutely perfect for me getting to the start of the London Marathon 2012 in Greenwich park. It's fantastically close to the Charlton Rail stop.

Hostel is VERY clean and the kitchen is AMAZING. Stove, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge....everything you need to make a great meal. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

nice little property near local bus stops. near shopping, tube about 10 minutes away by bus. on a noisy, busy intersection. rooms are spare but clean and comfortable, nice tea service and flat screen TVs. common room /kitchen is nice to have, WiFi is definitely best in there, not great on the rest of the property. punch code entry, very secure location. all in all would not hesitate to stay there again!

It was a great location for us, since we went to a concert. Also very clean bathroom.

Quite far away from the city center, but it's close (about 20mins by walking, but there's a bus stop right around the corner) to the O2 arena so it was perfect for us. The room was very cold in December, but otherwise it was all good. We also got an adapter for the hair dryer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don't mind using train and underground to get around/you're going to O2, this is a great choice. Our room was in the inner court, so the street/pub noise didn't bother us.
