Very friendly and helpful owners. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was also included and they went out of their way to help store bags.

A lovely houseboat, in a great, central location. Recommended.

We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the novelty of staying on a canal boat in the Dam. Silvia, the hostess, was friendly and always ready with helpful tidbits of info about the city. The boat could do with updating, in terms of decor, and the bed led a lot to be desired for - it was far too old and soft, leaving me with chronic neck ache for most of our stay, which was a bit annoying. Also, access to the boat, itself, was a bit hazardous at times. Otherwise, though, it was all good.

We immediately felt at home on this houseboat, thanks to the great atmosphere cultivated by the staff. The cooking facilities are good for such a small space. The only real negative is the relatively low intimacy given that the two cabins are separated by a very thin wall -- I'd recommend renting the entire boat !

My sister and I stayed on the Antonia for a weekend and had a great time - we were looking for something with character, but didn't want to be right in the centre of Amsterdam with all the other wild tourists. The houseboat was quiet and cosy, although being in close quarters it's difficult not to hear other guests coming and going (there are only two rooms though). Most of the time we felt like we had the place to ourselves! Loved it, would definitely recommend to a small group!

We had a great time at Antonias Houseboat. Perfect to stay for a Weekend. Near to the Centralstation, lovely interior and very friendly boatloards. We recommend it in every way. :)

We only stayed here for two nights, but it was the best! Sylvia was an amazing host, and we were gutted that we couldn't stay for longer, but we will definitely be coming back in warmer climates. The boat is a five minute walk (if that) from the main train station, and a further couple of minutes until you're walking alongside the beautiful canals. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for it's beauty, it's location and the great host!

One word - BLISS!! Just loved this little houseboat. Sitting for hours on the deck watching boats go down the canal, feeding the ducks, snacking on the yummy breakfast and snacks provided. Easy 10 min walk to heart of city, comfy bed. Just wonderful!

We had a great stay at the houseboat. The staff is very friendly and the stay was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this to any visitors to Amsterdam. Be aware that the houseboat is accessed by walking across another boat and the staff is 2 boats up. This was a little confusing in the beginning, but we had a great stay!

We loved staying in the houseboat, it was for sure a great experience. The host was very lovely and even left a cake for us in the kitchen. It was quite, peaceful and cozy and really felt like an partment on the water. It is also very close to the railway station and central Amsterdam. You rent bicycles near by or just walk to the main sights.

The Antonia was a pleasure to stay on- although a little out of the way, it was easily accessible by tram and if you're staying more than a few days, a bike would be the perfect way to and from. The boat itself was something really different and I'm glad I paid the little extra that was needed for the novelty. Would thoroughly recommend to those looking for a different accommodation option!
