Incredible stay during the songkran festival. The guesthouse is only 10 minutes walking from all the action but maintains a quiet, chilled out atmosphere. Aoi is the sweetest owner I've met on this trip. Great atmosphere in her garden home and unbelievable value for money. 3 months traveling in Asia and this guesthouse is one of the best I've stayed at.

Was a nice quiet hostel. The owners are very nice. The isn't a lot of privacy in the dorms as the beds are very close. Showers are good and warm. The is a small cabinet to put valuables in, but dorms have no locks. Its about a 10 minute walk to the nearest bar.

Amazing hostel. Aoi is the perfect host and couldn't have taken better care of me. Really social atmosphere, met some great people and continued travelling with them. Nice rooms and communal areas. Will definitely be back!

Dubious on the location at first but once you find your bearings you appreciate the quiet. Aoi is a great host and does everything to make the stay enjoyable, putting people on trips together to encourage a great atmosphere. Excellent value. Would stay again.....

Quiet location, very helpful staff, and great garden to hang out in when you're feeling lazy. Outside the main tourist area, but only a short walking distance.

Aoi, the host and manager of the hostel, was by far the most beautiful, caring, and helpful host we could have hoped for. At all times, she went above and beyond to be sure we were not only accommodated, but safe, and with good hearted guides. She arranged all of our activities, and introduced us to many local people, who were also amazing and extraordinarily generous to us. When we needed to stay longer than we booked, she went out of her way to make us new beds. Aoi's is the best!

Everything is nice. Staffs are very helpful. They are willing to help you take the luggage upstair to room (no lift in the hostel) and take the luggage from hostel to the car outsde the hostel. Also, they are willing to tell you the details of neartby attractions. The environment is very nice. The house style is traditional thai style. You can enjoy the life of traditonal thai house. Everything is clean and the price is reasonable.

Aoi's garden was by far the best hostel I have ever stayed at. Aoi, the host is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She is calm, collected, and caring. I only booked one night but stayed for 10 days and Aoi and the rest of the staff went out of the way to make sure I had a bed to sleep in every night. She was also very helpful with planning excursions. She is very experienced and well connected and made sure we had the greatest time.

Such a sweet place! Just in the old city center, in a small quiet alley. The staff are so nice and helpful, it is clean, you have your private locker and the place is locked up after 10pm (you have your own key to open the gate, so no curfew!). The garden is lovely, and it's great to sit there and relax. I highly recommend this place!

Very nice natural environment, an escape from the city, but still well located, few minutes walking from everywhere. Very clean. Helpful and polite staff. If I have another chance to go to Chiang Mai, I'd absolutely go to this hostel again.

I like the guesthouse so much, impressed atmosphere with a nice garden, the owners are Aoi and Tawanchai, super friendly and helpful for all the tourist information. Actually I only booked a week, but extended another week there, they hold some event regularly, like BBQ party, I was glad that I had chance to attend the party last Wednesday, chat and make friends with others, generally speaking, it is really worth spend time to there, really value for money!!! I will come back next year, see you!
