Such a sweet place! Just in the old city center, in a small quiet alley. The staff are so nice and helpful, it is clean, you have your private locker and the place is locked up after 10pm (you have your own key to open the gate, so no curfew!). The garden is lovely, and it's great to sit there and relax. I highly recommend this place!

I like the guesthouse so much, impressed atmosphere with a nice garden, the owners are Aoi and Tawanchai, super friendly and helpful for all the tourist information. Actually I only booked a week, but extended another week there, they hold some event regularly, like BBQ party, I was glad that I had chance to attend the party last Wednesday, chat and make friends with others, generally speaking, it is really worth spend time to there, really value for money!!! I will come back next year, see you!

Very nice natural environment, an escape from the city, but still well located, few minutes walking from everywhere. Very clean. Helpful and polite staff. If I have another chance to go to Chiang Mai, I'd absolutely go to this hostel again.

Lovely little hostel, nice big rooms, you can draw the curtains between beds for more privacy. Small lockers in the rooms. The hostel offers cheap and a very nice breakfast. The staff was AMAZING, the lady helped us choose and book excellent tours and activities. She was super nice and helpful. There is a small garden area where you can meet other people. Stay at this hostel, you'll have a great time!

A nice garden setting and a good place to relax and get away from the city. The restaurant does breakfast only, which is very nice. Breakfast not included, but the accommodation is great value for money and clean. The only downside is that there aren't enough bathrooms and you may have to share with another 8 people or so. Not a major issue really. Stay here and enjoy Chang Mai!

The staff was very helpful in booking all of our tours and making sure we got our money worth. They offered an american breakfast everyday which was very nice. Great location to the main street, easy to get a taxi, right down the street from an ATM, Sunday Market and an easy cab ride to the Night Market area. The room was clean and nice and secured.

The best value for money I got in Thaiand. The garden is beautifull, breakfast delicious and cheap and the rooms very clean - for only $5 a night we got private A/C room (however the bathroom is shared). Wanted to book again for our return trip from Chiang Mai but they were fully booked already so you'd better book in advance.

Very nice clean hostel. There seemed to be no one around most of the time though, which wasn't great for meeting people. Great price for a good clean bed though.

Loved staying here. Only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if they weren't completely booked. Great garden area where you can have breakfast, relax, and take in the beautiful weather of Chiang Mai. Nothing flashy about the place but it has a very homey feeling; welcoming, comfortable, and most importantly, clean.

Great stay! The only minus was that all the doors have the same padlocks, we accidentally found out when we went into the wrong bungalow, so you can open every room with your key, better take different padlocks

Very good low cost place with good staff !!! If you don't care about hearing people talking in the garden at night , it is a great place to stay , in the other case you might be disturbed a bit. I wore ear plugs and it worked perfectly ;). They should use a new rule and ask people to be quiete after midnight and that place would be " nearly " perfect :). They provide a simple menu for breakfast. The wifi is pretty good and works in the room. Good garden to meet people. Good value for money ...
