This charming apartment is located in one of the nicest & most modern buildings of Malaga’s historical centre: it mixes classic columns in an inner patio and typical painted tiles with modern touches such as the colours of the walls and the see-through ceiling of the elevator! As you can see from the pictures, the building is pretty unique, even with its own pool and community & solarium (pool opened only during the summer). Since the apartment faces the inner patio is perfect for a relaxed stay away from all the chaotic noise sometimes the old quarters have!
The Apartment Carretería 33 is 2 bedroom property: as you enter you will find a bright living area with a nice sofa (sofa bed in case of need), a flat TV and a dining area with a table for up to 4 guests to enjoy some Spanish meals you might learn to cook during your stay! Also in this area an open-integrated and fully equipped kitchen, almost featuring all you may need during your stay: electric hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and also in the apartment an iron and iron board.
Then you will find on your right the master bedroom with a double bed and big and spacious closest. It faces the inner patio and you will get some nice natural sunlight. Next to it, the guest bedroom with another double sofa bed and also, two big closets. The bathroom features a shower, the washing machine & hair drier.

Departure cleaning: 45euros.
We are open from 10.00 to 21.00 pm, if you are arriving outside these hours, there would be no problem but there is a surcharge of 25euros, and after 24.00 and after the extra charge is 35euros.
Please note that an extra charge of EUR 25 is payable if you check in on Sundays or Spanish national holidays.
