Arrived at 1am due to late flight, was unable to gain access, arrived the next day, they didnt seem to know who i was, they had no suitable rooms available,spoke no english. but in fairness set me up with a perfect apartment across the road through a colleague which worked out very well.

This is a great place to base yourself in Havana - its well located, clean & Lola is very friendly & helpful. We had a great time and would recommend it thoroughly!
