Good location and clean apartment but some gangsters around the area so we had to be very guarded and returned to the apartment before midnight. Room facilities are excellent. We love our little kitchen in the room very much. Reception desk staff is very friendly but doesn't speak any single word of English, glad that I am able to survive with my little French. Wifi only available at the lobby. The last two nights were annoyed by crazy neighbors who was partying all night long.

When we arrived at arranged time we had to call to get someone to let us in, worked out fine but just a bit offputting arriving and being unsure of what to do, not all travellers have phones so if we didn't would have been hard to call.

There is no reception. So one should contact the owner on the exact time of arrival.

I stay with my boyfriend in this apartement for a week, it's very nice, it's in the centre of the city so you can go everywhere by foot, perhaps only for the beach you have to take something but you can go in the isle and so you have also a beautiful beach! If you are an italian, you must bring with you something to do coffee, it's the only thing missed! ;)

Nice fully equipped apartment. Maybe a bit small for 4 persons, but anyway you won't stay the whole day inside :) The pots were not really clean, but think it was the person bevor who didn't clean them properly. A really good price to stay in the center of Marseille near the important buildings and the old port.

The english of the staff was not that good, but we managed to understand each other. The price was low and the facilities good. Close to the old harbour. Really nice, I would definetely recommend the appartments to anyone who goes to Marseille.

As the name says, this is an appartment--not a hostel. You have your own apartment complete with a kitchen (with utensils, plates, pans, etc.), a bathroom, a bedroom, and a living space with a TV. If you don't speak French you might have difficulty communicating with the proprietor, and he doesn't really have a front desk that you can come and ask questions whenever you want. No WiFi either. Comfortable, clean, and a good value for money. I'd definitely stay here again!

we stayed here for 3 days in june beginning. we really loved to stay in this apartment, and M.Thierry was very attentive with us. very calm place. If you consider the price and the facilities, it is a great and cheap alternative to stay in Marseille

It's not a hostel or a hotel by any means, but it's good for a private place to stay for a few days. It was a bit smelly, but everything worked and it was fairly clean, and the staff were friendly and informative. The building was close to the main tourist ares and there are banks and plenty of places to get food within 2-5 minutes walk. Overall it was a decent place to stay for a discount holiday to the south of France

Thierry is super sweet, although he speaks almost no English. Once we figured out how to reach him he helped us with everything. This was crucial, as we were without towels for 2 days and out of toilet paper for one. Don't be fooled by the marvelous description, though - the apartment does include a kitchen, but the stove doesn't work, nor does the TV. Apparently there are laundry facilities but we never had access to those either. Very cute attic room that I slept in with plenty of blankets.

We arrived as said - we found nobody. Why? The staff slept. They didn't even know we're coming. For two nights we stayed in another hotel, because there were no place in this one, but we moved in - there was no hot water and the room was not even cleaned at all. We left for the other hotel and never came back. Awful experience.
