Excellent location BUT OVERPRICED. We paid 310 kuna/night ($62 - 2 people in September) but upon arrival similar rooms were locally available for around 220 kuna ($44). SMALL room with high walkup. Water heater small as water was not hot after first person's shower. e-mail ahead to be met by owner who looks like a young Dustin Hoffman.
