Property Description

This cozy and stylish apartment can accomodate 4 person at 60 square meters. The interior is perfectly equipped, modern and fresh, giving it's guests a bedroom, a spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with air conditioned, flat tv and wirelles internet.

Bedrom has large king size bed along with all the necessary amenities you may require during your stay including fresh towels & linens.

Kitchen is very well equipped with fridge, kettle, toaster, stove, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.

Bathroom has iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, essentials like soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

There is also balcony were you can enyoj in peaceful place with park where you can look and enjoy in tipical mediterranean trees and plants. From balcony you have view on parking place where you can park your car.

There are several bus stations nearby that can take you in 5 minutes to the Old town and Dubrovnik’s most beautiful beaches.

Useful information and maps can be found in your apartment upon your arrival. I am pleased to welcome you as my guests and will do my best to ensure that your holiday will be beautiful and unforgettable.

When going out, be sure to lock the doors and windows, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, stove, etc.).
Guests are responsible for their behavior during their stay. In the case of an accident they shall bear the consequences themselves. Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbance of other people is prohibited and it is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment from the premises. In the event of disappearance or damage to accommodation, the guest is obliged to notify the owner. If this occurred due to the guests’ fault, full reimbursement will be requested.
If the owner have any reason to believe that house rules are violated; the guests have to let them enter in the accommodation in order to check the situation.
In the event of disregard of house rules, the owner has the right to refuse further service.
