Ivan and his sister run the rentals, but we were greeted by their father, who lives below. He speaks little English, but was very friendly. After explaining some basics, he left and brought us some cold beverages, which was very welcome after our walk in the hot Split sun. The location was quiet and perfect with respect to major tourist attractions, and a grocery store was located conveniently at at the bottom of the street. The kitchen and bathroom were small, however functional.
Ivan was a Greta host. Meet us at the AirPort, drove us to the flat, where he gave us a short giuded tour of Spilt. The flat was clean and sentral god space for two. The only thing we missed was a balkony, but you cannot have all for this price. In all great value for money We loved our stay and thank Ivan for his warm welcome that gave us such a good start to a fantastisk holiday. Nina and Malcolm Bergen Norway

Great apartment. It has everything you may need if staying for a few days. Thanks Ivan.
Nice small apartment five minutes from the harbour by foot. Shares entrance with someone living one floor up and they can see into the apartment from the stairs, so not very private or soundproof. Good value for money. Twin bed only, and no double as we expected. Better for friends than couples.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Ivan. The apartment is small but was all we needed for a lovely stay in Split. It is in a quiet part of the fabulous old town but is convenient for everything. Ivan and his brother were extremely helpful and very nice genuine people. We would without any doubt rent this apartment again on another trip to Split.

The apartment is cozy. Clean and hot water available. Has a kitchen that has everything u need for preparing a light meal. Ivan is super nice. Very helpful and friendly. He picked us up from bus station with his car cos the day we arrived it rained kinda heavily. And also drive us to the bus station ob the day we left since we have quite a lot luggages. Definitely would come again!:)
This place was amazing. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the palace and everything you need is nearby. The host Ivan was very friendly and helpful, and even gave us a quick tour on our arrival. There's a kitchenette for use and a private bathroom. It's an unbelievable bargain considering it's a whole apartment and so close to the centre.
Ivan and his family are absolutely awesome, extremely nice, & have truly created a comfortable, cozy, and affordable place in an excellent location close to the center of beautiful Split. If it was possible, I would easily give them 12 out of 10 points... on our trip through Serbia, Bosnia-Hercegovina & Croatia, we stayed at a number of great hostels, but this one was the best. THANK YOU, IVAN!
