Property Information:
In the large and comfortable apartment groups of up to eight people can sleep comfortably and enjoy excellent location, allowing easy access to the historic center, universities and the City of Arts and Sciences. The apartment has four bedrooms, two with double beds and one individual
There are two bathrooms, and a toilet which ensures maximum privacy for all. One of the most important qualities of the apartment is the great hall, where you will have all the space you could want to relax and share their time, the room communicates with the terrace where you can relax with family or friends.
Please Note:
Check in time: 15:00, is flexible, if no output on the day of arrival. Anyway, you may leave your luggage.
Departure time: 11:00, is flexible, if no entry on the day of departure in any case, you may leave your luggage.
Arrivals after 21, have an extra 30 euros
Cancellation policy is 1 day but
From the 15 of March to 20th of March, (Fallas) cancellation policy is 3 days
Only accepted as payment, cash on arrival
Minimum stay 3 nights
Breakfast not included
Deposit: 200 euros is paid on arrival and returned on departure
Cleaning Amount: 50 euros
Taxes are included
Always call upon your arrival at the airport or train station, or, if travelling by car, on your approach to the city. You should also call if you are delayed. Please keep the Apartment Manager updated to ensure a smooth check-in!
