We needed to confirm the day we was going what time we were suppose to be at the hostel. However I accidently did it the day before. I then emailed them telling them of the mistake and that we would still be attending the day after for our stay. They then said that they had already cancelled our booking and that there were no available rooms now.
Hello, there was not our mistake, that was absolutely your mistake in your communication. You can not write a feedback of our apartments, because you were not stated in our apartments. So, such feedback is absolutely not relevant because of you YOUR MISTAKE.
