The flat is on the 3th floor and the building does NOT have an elevator.
Minimum stay 3 nights.

7% VAT is included in the final balance,
There is an extra fee of 20 euros for late night arrivals after 20.00h /30 euros after 23.00h

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation with no charge 72 hours prior the arrival. If you want to cancel within 72 hours prior to your arrival, there will be charge of the first night.
