Owner was rude ....directions to collect key were not clear.....tourist information called him and he would not meet us at the apartment so we had to trek over Florence to collect key...not friendly at all. Apartment view was spectacular...... apartment was dusty and dirty......cupboards full of dirty smelly linen. Shower head did not work and shower stall was FILTHY. We were in Florence to attend a race and missed the afternoon practice as owner was not very accommodating. He needs to clean up
